Refund policy

Preorder cancellations

You may cancel your preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. We do not charge a cancellation fee. To cancel, email hello@faithinflatables.com with your order number before shipment. We will confirm your cancellation and issue your refund promptly. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Once your order has shipped, our return policy below applies. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Preorder shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the time promised when you ordered, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and explain your options to wait or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped portion of your order. Where your consent to a delay is required by law, we will obtain it or cancel and refund the unshipped portion promptly. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us. We’ll make it right—because taking care of our customers and doing what’s right are at the heart of Faith Inflatables.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items being returned for reasons other than a product or order problem must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly. When the problem is ours, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible only for the return shipping cost, which may be deducted from the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please email hello@faithinflatables.com with your order number before returning an item so we can provide the proper instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
